Registering a project
How do I register a LEED v5 project?
All LEED v5 projects are registered in Arc.
From Arc’s home page:
- Click "Register".
- Select "Create new" or "Use existing":
- If a property has not already been created in Arc, select “Create new” to start the registration process.
- If pursuing LEED v5 O+M: Existing Buildings certification, finding an existing property and selecting “Use existing” enables a property’s performance data to be used to document the LEED v5 project. This can help teams save time but is not required.
- Complete the registration process by providing all necessary property details (if needed), project registration details, certification agreement, and payment details.
If my LEED ID+C project is located within a base building that has a property in Arc, do I register my project within that property?
No, an interior space located within a LEED property/building is considered to be a separate property in Arc.
