How do projects earn LEED certification?
To earn LEED certification, a project team must demonstrate compliance with all mandatory prerequisites and select a number of optional credits to pursue. To learn more about the LEED certification process, please visit the Guide to LEED Certification.
How much does LEED registration and certification cost?
See LEED fees and price quotes.
What is LEED precertification?
Precertification is an optional review pathway available for a fee for all LEED v4 and v4.1 BD+C projects and LEED v4.1 O+M projects. We offer precertification to help you determine which credits and prerequisites your project is likely to achieve during the full review, demonstrate your commitment to LEED certification, and market the unique and valuable green features of your project to attract tenants and financiers. Note that precertification is valid for three years. For more information please refer to our Guide to LEED Certification.
