What is LEED precertification?
Precertification is an optional review pathway available for a fee for all LEED BD+C projects and LEED v4.1 O+M projects. We offer precertification to help you determine which credits and prerequisites your project is likely to achieve during the full review, demonstrate your commitment to LEED certification, and market the unique and valuable green features of your project to attract tenants and financiers. Note that precertification is valid for three years. For more information please refer to our Guide to LEED Certification.
