What are properties, projects, and portfolios in Arc?
In the redesigned Arc, you will see that it is organized into properties, projects, and portfolios:
- A “property” is a physical space or location, such as a building or a portion of a building.
- A “project” is the rating system or other GBCI program that applies to the property. A property can have multiple projects.
- A “portfolio” is a user-defined grouping of properties.
You may create a new property, project, or portfolio via the top-level buttons on the home page, or via the buttons within each of the respective pages.
