How long is my recertification valid?
Generally, v4 and earlier O+M recertifications are valid 5 years, and v4.1 O+M recertifications are valid 3 years. However, there are some exceptions so if you have any questions feel free to contact us.
When does the time period begin?
For recertifications, the period begins when the project certification is accepted. For more details, see the Guide to LEED Certification: Commercial.
How do I promote my project now that it has achieved recertification?
Recertification projects can order all of the same recognition materials available for projects pursuing their initial LEED certification. See more details at Promoting Your LEED Project. And note that recertifications via the performance-path also have the option of a digital display.
Where can I find information about how to maintain my recertification?
You can find information on this at Maintaining Certification.
Where can I see the history of my project's certifications?
Project certification histories for projects that are not marked private are included in the LEED Project Directory. If you have access to the project in Arc, it is also available in the platform under Project Tools > LEED Certifications. Contact us if you need more assistance.
