Can we change rating systems after we have registered our project?
If you have consulted the LEED Rating System Selection Guidance and have found that the project is registered in the incorrect rating system, or would like to upgrade to a different version, the LEED Project Administrator should:
- Visit the ‘Details’ tab of the project in LEED Online to verify if the button called ‘Change’ appears next to the rating system. If so, select it and make the appropriate update.
- If the button ‘Change’ is not displayed, or if the rating system option your team is seeking does not appear, please contact us and provide the LEED Project Name and ID number with a brief explanation of why the team is requesting a change to the rating system.
Can we change the gross floor area after we have registered our project?
The gross floor area (GFA) can be updated after registration but before a review invoice is generated.
- If you have an accurate area, please enter that during the registration process.
- See Project details in LEED Online for more information about changing the GFA after the project is registered.
